Solutions Generation
Arsipel takes a fresh approach to solutioning by its Solutions Generation service offering. Our methodical service offering, allows us to expound your preferred solution approach from the Requirements Gathering, and provide clear and comprehensive understanding of the functionality scoped. We believe seeing is believing; we deliver visual and functional depictions of the final product. The visuals provide the opportunity to ensure, along with close collaboration, that your captured needs are met within your predilections.
Module Training
This is a user training which will provide information on the modules of netForum. Each module’s purpose, functions and other details will be covered in this training. The aim of this training is to provide adequate knowledge to internal staff.
Admin Training
This training will cover topics that will show under the hood and explain how to manipulate certain behaviour of netForum. The attendees will gain experience in key setup areas.

This training will cover topics that will show under the hood and explain how to manipulate certain behaviour of netForum. The attendees will gain experience in key setup areas.
Development
Once we have the solutions written, development phase starts.
Depending on the size and scale of the items; we complete implementations by cycles, or by each item.
Upon delivery of each item, we provide a navigational plans document, and a tech specs document if needed.
Mobile App
Development of a mobile application that will run on netForum’s xWeb framework. This application will provide a simple but quick access to some vital areas of netForum such as queries, some dashboard reports etc.
Also tailor-made mobile apps can be developed. For example a member-only application which will track and display information on member’s data.
Web Design
Implementation of visual changes on eWeb as per client’s request. Or building a brand new site. Our design team will review your current web site, and consult with you on possible improvements.
We can also help to design logos; such as organization logos, event logos, or template images.
Documentation/Training
Creating documentation standards along with formatting. Also document tracking with versioning. Using documentation standards will enhance internal communication performance, as well as demonstrate the quality of the work.
